Defining titles, codes and professional criteria applicable to civil servants of the forest protection service

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO,” replaces Decision No. 409/TCCP-VC of May 29, 1993, of the Minister-Director of the Government Commission for Organization and Personnel (now the Ministry of Home Affairs), and annuls the ranks of chief forest protector, forest protector and primary-level forest protector on the list of civil servants’ ranks, issued together with the Home Affairs Minister’s Decision No. 78/2004/QD-BNV of November 3, 2004.- (Summary)
