Imposing material responsibilities on cadres and civil servants

This Decree provides for material responsibilities of cadres and civil servants who commit acts of violating law, losing or damaging equipment, or causing property loss to agencies, organizations or units, which are not serious enough for penal liability examination.

This Decree takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and replaces Chapter III of Decree No. 97/1998/ND-CP of November 17, 1998, on disciplining of, and imposing material responsibilities on, cadres and civil servants.- (Summary)
