On the organization and operation of the Culture and Information Inspectorate

Under this Decree, the Culture and Information Inspectorate shall be organized at the central and local levels in order to conduct administrative inspection and specialized inspection in the culture and information domain.

This Decree takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO.” The Prime Minister’s Decision No. 345/TTg of May 27, 1996, on the organization of the State Culture and Information Inspectorate is hereby annulled.- (Summary)
