Guiding several contents on capital contribution for setting up credit guarantee funds for small- and medium-sized enterprises

This Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO.” The provisions of the State Bank Governor’s Circular No. 06/2003/TT-NHNN of April 10, 2003, concerning the contribution of capital for setting up credit guarantee funds for small- and medium-sized enterprises are no longer effective.- (Summary)
