CIRCULAR No. 132/2004/TT-BTC of December 30, 2004 guiding the regime of collection, payment, management and use of industrial property charges and fees

This Circular applies to Vietnamese as well as foreign organizations and individuals that file applications requesting the agencies performing the State management over intellectual property to perform jobs or provide services related to industrial property protection.

This Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
