DECISION No. 120/2004/QD-TTg of July 5, 2004 on a number of regimes for resistance war activists and their offspring who suffer from consequences of toxic chemicals used by the US during the Vietnam war

This Decision defines subjects eligible for the allowance regimes, including cadres, combatants and youth volunteers who were involved in work, combat or combat service in the regions where the US used toxic chemicals in the Vietnam war during the August 1961 - April 30, 1975 period, are currently enjoying diseased soldiers' allowance or working capacity loss allowance, and whose children were born deformed or disabled, or who are infertile due to consequences of such toxic chemicals; and their children who are alive, children of diseased soldiers or workers or employees who have lost their working capacity due to infection of toxic chemicals.

This Decision replaces the Prime Minister's Decision No. 26/2000/QD-TTg of February 23, 2000 and takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
