Promulgating the Regulation on establishment, relocation, upgrading, degrading, and dissolution of meteorological and hydrological stations

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and annuls Directive No. 540/KTTV of August 3, 1997, of the General Director of Meteorology and Hydrology, on procedures for construction and relocation of meteorological and hydrological stations.- (Summary)
