JOINT CIRCULAR No.36/1999/TTLT-BTC-BCN of April 2, 1999 guiding the elaboration of draft estimates, allocation, management, account settlement and final account settlement of non-business economic fund for basic geological surveys on mineral resources

Activities of basic geological survey of mineral resources conducted by non-business units according to the State’s planning and annual plans shall be secured by the State budget with non-business economic funding sources. The fund for basic surveys on mineral resources shall include: fund for the implementation of projects on basic geological surveys on mineral resources; and fund for the procurement of equipment and technologies in service of the survey.

Geological units shall have to open enough books for monitoring fund for each project on basic geological surveys on mineral resources according to the specific accountancy regime and on the basis of the accountancy regime set for administrative and non-business units, issued together with Decision No.999/QD-TC-CDKT of November 2, 1996 of the Minister of Finance.- (Summary)
