II. Draft ordinances: 04 ordinances

1. The Ordinance on Administrative Handling of Acts of Impeding People's Court Proceedings.

2. The Ordinance on Defense Industry;

3. The Ordinance Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Ordinance on Vietnam's Coast Guard Force;

4. The Ordinance on Expertise and Evaluation Expenses in Civil Proceedings and Administrative Proceedings.

1. To assign the National Assembly Standing Committee to direct the implementation of the 2006 law- and ordinance-making program.

2. The agencies that draft and submit bills, ordinances or resolutions shall work out specific plans on organization of the implementation thereof, ensuring the quality and drafting schedule of bills, ordinances, and resolutions as well as the timely promulgation of guiding documents.

3. The National Assembly's Nationality Council and other Committees shall take initiative in coordinating with drafting agencies and other concerned agencies in raising the quality of bills and draft ordinances, reporting on the appraisal thereof and assisting the National Assembly Standing Committee in gathering comments on and adjusting bills, ordinances and resolutions; to enhance supervision over the promulgation of documents guiding the implementation of laws, ordinances and resolutions.

4. The Government shall work out measures to intensify law dissemination, propagation and introduction among all agencies, organizations, and individuals for uniform understanding and implementation.
