Guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 35/2005/ND-CP of March 17, 2005, on the disciplining of cardres and civil servants

This Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and replaces the provisions of Circular No. 05/1999/TT-TCCP of March 27, 1999, of the Government Commission for Organization and Personnel, regarding the imposition of disciplines and the provisions of Circular No. 22/2002/TT-BTCCBCP of April 23, 2002, of the Government Commission for Organization and Personnel, concerning the handling of public employees having committed violations related to the grant and use of illegal diplomas and certificates.- (Summary)
