The handling of State enterprises’ officials, public servants and employees, who commit violations by granting and/or using invalid diplomas or certificates, aims to educate them and prevent law-breaking acts, and maintain order and discipline in State administrative management.

State enterprises’ officials and public servants, who commit violations by granting and/or using invalid diplomas or certificates, which has been concluded in writing by the competent State agencies, shall, depending on the nature and seriousness of their violations, be handled according to the provisions of the Education Law and the current legal documents, and at the same time, be handled in one of the disciplining forms guided in this Circular by decisions of the competent authorities.- (Summary)
