CIRCULAR

Amending and supplementing a number of contents of the Agriculture and Rural Development Ministry’s Circular No. 76/2007/TT-BNN of August 21, 2007, and Circular No. 07/2008/TT-BNN of January 25, 2008, which guide the use of forests and forest land for planting rubber trees in the Central Highlands

This Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and replaces Circular No. 07/2008/TT-BNN.

The provisions of Circular No. 76/2007/TT-BNN which are not contrary to this Circular remain effective.- (Summary)
