Promulgating the Regulation on financial management of the State Bank

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO.” The following documents and provisions are no longer effective:

- The State Bank Governor’s Decision No. 657/2003/QD-NHNN of June 25, 2003, promulgating the Regulation on financial management of the State Bank;

- The State Bank’s Official Letter No. 935/NHNN-KTTC of August 25, 2005, guiding bidding for procurement of fixed assets for the State Bank system; and,

- Articles 11, 13, 14, 15, 17, 18, 19 and 20, and Section 2, Chapter I of the State Bank Governor’s Decision No. 1407/QD-NHNN of November 12, 2001, promulgating the Regulation on management, use and accounting of fixed assets, facilities and supplies.- (Summary)
