DECISION No. 95/2004/QD-BTC of December 7, 2004 provisionally prescribing the collection, remittance, management and use of the fee for approval of sea-gong ships’ security plans, evaluation and grant of sea-going ships’ security certificates according to the International Code on Security of Sea-Going Ships and Seaports

The collected fee amounts shall be managed and used by Vietnam Registry according to current financial regulations applicable to registry activities.

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
