DECISION No. 60/2004/QD-BNN OF NOVEMBER 4, 2004 PROMULGATING THE LIST OF PLANT VARIETIES SUBJECT TO APPLICATION OF BRANCH STANDARDS
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 86/2003/ND-CP of July 18, 2003 defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the National Assembly Standing Committee's December 24, 1999 Ordinance No. 18/1999/PL-UBTVQH10 on Goods Quality;
Pursuant to the National Assembly Standing Committee's March 24, 2004 Ordinance No. 15/2004/PL-UBTVQH11 on Plant Varieties;
At the proposals of the director of the Agriculture Department and the director of the Science and Technology Department,
DECIDES:
Article 1.- To promulgate the list of plant varieties which are subject to application of branch standards.
Article 2.- In each period, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development shall adjust and supplement this list to meet the production/business demands.
Article 3.- This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 4.- The director of the Office, the director of the Agriculture Department, the director of the Science and Technology Department, of the Ministry, the directors of the provincial/municipal Services of Agriculture and Rural Development, and the heads of the concerned units shall have to implement this Decision.
