This Decree prescribes the procedures and competence for deciding on sending post-detoxification addicts into management, job-training and-placement establishments in Ho Chi Minh city and a number of provinces and centrally-run cities, whose experimental schemes on organization of management, job-training and-placement for post-detoxification addicts have been approved by the Prime Minister. It takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
