Promulgated together with this Decision is the Regulation on management, use and exploitation, ensuring traffic safety, of the Lang Son-Hanoi section of new national highway No. 1.

This Regulation prescribes the management, use and exploitation of new national highway No. 1's section from Huu Nghi Quan-Lang Son (km0) to Gia Lam-Hanoi (km 160+100) meeting national highway No. 5 at km 5+300 in order to guide all subjects joining in traffic, State management agencies, relevant units and people living along roadsides in the implementation thereof, ensuring traffic safety, works' safety and efficient exploitation of works.- (Summary)
