CIRCULAR NoCIRCULAR No. 28/2004/TT-BTNMT of November 1, 2004 guiding land statistics and inventory, and making of land use status maps
This Circular guides land statistics and inventory, and making of land use status maps of the whole country and regions; provinces and centrally-run cities; rural and urban districts as well as provincial capitals and cities; communes, wards and townships.
It takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette and replaces Decision No. 375 QD/DC of May 16, 1995 and Decision No. 254/2001/QD-TCDC of August 2, 2001 of the general director of the General Land Administration.- (Summary)
