On business registration by cooperatives

This Decree applies to cooperatives set up and operating under the 2003 Cooperative Law and those set up and operating under the 1996 Cooperative Law, which are now shifting to operate under the 2003 Cooperative Law.

It takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and replaces Decree No. 16/CP of February 21, 1997.- (Summary)
