CIRCULAR No. 82/2004/TT-BTC of August 16, 2004 amending and supplementing the Finance Ministry's Circular No. 114/2002/TT-BTC of December 19, 2002 guiding the implementation of the Prime Minister's Decision No. 114/2002/QD-TTg of September 4, 2002 on the experimental assignment of package payroll and funding to the General Department of Tax
Under this Decision, the minimum wage of officials and employees of the tax branch must not exceed 1.8 time of the minimum wage level prescribed by the State.
This Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette and applies in the second half of 2004.- (Summary)
