The Regulation on test, examination, class promotion consideration and graduation recognition for formal secondary professional education, issued together with this Decision, constitutes a document prescribing the organization and assessment of the training results under the Intermediate Vocational Training Framework Program.

This Regulation applies to all secondary professional education schools and intermediate vocational training establishments, including public, semi-public, people-founded and private ones throughout the country.

This Decision replaces the following decisions issued by the Minister of Education and Training: Decision No. 193/QD-TH-DN of February 3, 1993 promulgating the Regulation on examination, test as well as class promotion and graduation consideration for secondary professional education and job-training schools and courses (the concentrated long-term courses) and Decision No. 14/1998/QD-BGDDT of March 24, 1998 on the supplementation thereof.- (Summary)
