DECISION No.746-TTg OF SEPTEMBER 10, 1997 ON TEMPORARILY SUSPENDING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF DECREE No.18-CP OF FEBRUARY 24, 1997 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE HANDLING OF ADMINISTRATIVE VIOLATIONS IN THE BANKING SECTOR
THE PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government of September 30, 1992;
At the proposal of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam,
DECIDES:
Article 1.- To temporarily suspend the implementation of Decree No.18-CP of February 24, 1997 of the Government on the handling of administrative violations in the banking sector.
Article 2.- This Decision takes effect after its signing. The Ministers, the Heads of the ministerial-level agencies, the Heads of the agencies attached to the Government, the Presidents of the People�s Committees of the provinces and cities directly under the Central Government shall have to implement this Decision.
