This Circular applies to the source of support funding for short-term job training for rural laborers, which is incorporated in annual budget estimates of localities and aims to step up the labor restructuring, reduce the agricultural labor ratio, create jobs for peasants, and serve local socio-economic development.

Subjects eligible for job training support funding are laborers who have not yet been vocationally trained and shall be selected according to the prescribed priority order. The minimum duration of a job-training course is one month, the number of job trainees of a class is 25-30, and the support funding level allocated from the central budget for each trainee is VND 200,000/month.

This Joint Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
