The regime of school fee exemption and reduction shall apply to Heroes of the Armed Forces, Labor Heroes; war invalids, those who enjoy policies like war invalids; children of fallen heroes, children of war invalids, children of those who enjoy policies like war invalids, and children of diseased soldiers who are studying at non-public education and training institutions and can be verified as being subjects entitled to preferential treatment as provided for in the Government’s Decree No. 28/CP of April 29, 1995.
