Providing for the establishment of the Electricity Regulatory Authority of Vietnam under the Ministry of Industry as well as its functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure
Under this Decision, the Electricity Regulatory Authority of Vietnam shall assist the Minister of Industry in performing the function of regulating electricity-related activities and the electricity market.
This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in "CONG BAO."- (Summary)
