CIRCULAR No. 04/2005/TT-BLDTBXH of January 5, 2005 guiding the implementation of the allowance regime for toxic and hazardous jobs in State companies under the Government’s Decree No. 205/2004/ND-CP of December 14, 2004

This Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette and replaces Circular No. 23/LDTBXH-TT of July 7, 1993.

The provisions of this Circular apply as from October 1, 2004.- (Summary)
