Promulgating the Regulation on organization of recruitment exams and rank-promotion exams for cadres and civil servants

The Regulation promulgated together with this Decision replaces the Regulation on employee recruitment exams promulgated together with Decision No. 466/1998-QD-TCCP-BCTL of September 5, 1998, of the Minister-Director of the Government Commission for Organization and Personnel (now the Minister of Home Affairs), and the Regulation on rank promotion exams promulgated together with Decision No. 150/1999-QD-TCCP of February 12, 1999, of the Minister-Director of the Government Commission for Organization and Personnel.

This Regulation takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO.”- (Summary)
