On the organization and operation of the Planning and Investment Inspectorate

Under this Decree, the Planning and Investment Inspectorate shall be organized at the Planning and Investment Ministry and provincial/municipal Planning and Investment Services to conduct administrative inspection and specialized inspection in the domain of planning and investment according to the provisions of law.
