Hung Temple National Forest is an environmental-cultural-historical forest belonging to the system of Vietnam�s special-use forests.

The objectives of the project are to restore and develop the ecological system of natural forests with various typical indigenous plants throughout the country which are suitable with the ecology of Hung Temple National Forest; to build support works in order to contribute to preserving, restoring and raising the value of Hung Temple cultural-historical relics.

Hung Temple National Forest shall cover an area of 538 ha, lying within the boundaries of four communes of Chu Hoa, Hy Cuong, Tien Kien (Lam Thao rural district) and Phu Ninh (Phu Ninh rural district), Phu Tho province.

Investment capital source: State budget capital shall be used for infrastructure construction, compensation for ground clearance, building of a nursery and afforestation. To mobilize other capital sources from organizations and individuals at home and abroad for afforestation.
