In order to well perform the five-year land inventory and land use cartography according to provisions of the Land Law, the Prime Minister issued this Directive to instruct the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment to assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with the ministers, the heads of the ministerial-level agencies, the heads of the Government-attached agencies and the presidents of the People's Committees of the provinces and centrally-run cities in, organizing the land inventory and land use cartography in 2005 with the prescribed requirements and contents.

The 2005 land inventory shall commence nationwide on January 1, 2005 and complete before October 31, 2005.- (Summary)
