On inspecting the implementation of policies, strategies, plannings and plans

This Decree provides for the work of inspecting the implementation of policies, strategies, plannings and plans which have taken effect and fall within the implementation-organizing responsibility or deciding competence of the Government, the Prime Minister, ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of government-attached agencies, provincial/municipal People’s Committees or presidents of provincial/municipal People’s Committees.

It shall take effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO.”- (Summary)
