DECREE No. 206/2004/ND-CP of December 14, 2004 prescribing the management of laborers, wages and incomes in State companies

This Decree takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette and replaces the Government’s Decree No. 28/CP of March 28, 1997 and Decree No. 03/2001/ND-CP of January 11, 2001.
