Decision No.31/2000/QD-TTg of March 2, 2000 on the setting up of Anti-Drug Funds

To set up Anti-Drug Funds at the central level as well as in the provinces and centrally-run cities to support the work of drug prevention and combat, reward collectives and individuals that make outstanding achievements in drug prevention and combat.

Anti-Drug Funds shall be created from the following sources:

- Vietnamese and foreign currencies, properties, material evidences (excluding narcotics), means seized from drug-related cases after judgements or handling decisions have taken legal effect.

- Donations of domestic and foreign individuals and organizations: For addressed donations, they shall be forwarded to the addresses designated by concerned donating individuals and/or organizations according to the current provisions of law; for other donations, they shall be transferred to the Central Anti-Drug Fund for management and use in accordance with the stipulations of this Decision.- (Summary)
