CIRCULAR No. 01/2005/TT-BLDTBXH of January 5, 2005 guiding the conversion from former salaries to new salaries for general directors, directors, deputy general directors, deputy directors, chief accountants as well as workers and public employees in State companies under the Government’s Decree No. 205/2004/ND-CP of December 14, 2004

This Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette, annulling Joint Circulars No. 12/LB-TT of June 2, 1993; No. 28/LB-TT of December 2, 1993; and No. 23/1997/TTLT-BLDTBXH-BTC of December 30, 1997 of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and the Ministry of Finance.

The provisions of this Circular apply as from October 1, 2004.- (Summary)
