Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 56/1998/ND-CP of July 30, 1998 prescribing the forms, subjects and criteria for commendation and reward by the Government, the ministries, the ministerial-level agencies, the agencies attached to the Government and the People’s Committees of various levels, the Ministry of Defense issued this Circular guiding the work of commendation and reward within the entire army.- (Summary)
