Guiding the implementation of the regimes of hazardous and dangerous job allowances and allowances in kind for cadres and civil servants of the culture and information service

This Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO,” replacing Circular No. 46/TC-TT of June 17, 1997, and annulling Guidance No. 5174/HD-BVHTT of December 21, 2005.

The regime of hazardous and dangerous job allowances provided for in this Circular applies as from October 1, 2004, while the regime of allowances in kind for laborers working under dangerous or hazardous conditions shall comply with Joint Circular No. 10/1999/TTLT-BLDTBXH-BYT of March 17, 1999, of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and the Ministry of Health, and the Culture and Information Ministry’s Guidance No. 1473/VHTT-TCCB of April 17, 1999.- (Summary)
