Providing the regime of working-trip allowances for state officials and employees taking short-term overseas working trips funded by state budget
This Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in "CONG BAO" and replaces the Finance Ministry's Circular No. 45/1999/TT-BTC of May 4, 1999, and Circular No. 108/1999/TT-BTC of September 4, 1999.- (Summary)
