CIRCULAR
Guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Government's Decree No. 19/2005/ND-CP of February 28, 2005, providing for the conditions and procedures for the establishment and operation of job-placing organizations
Subject to the application of this Circular are job-placing centers and job-placing enterprises, including enterprises set up and operating under the Enterprise Law and the State Enterprise Law.
This Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in "CONG BAO."- (Summary)
