CIRCULAR No. 75/1999/TT-BTC of June 14, 1999 guiding the spending regime for conferences in communes

In execution of the Ordinance on the Practice of Thrift and Combat Against Wastefulness, creating conditions for communes to thriftily allocate fund for conferences according to the balance capability of the annual commune budgets, the Ministry of Finance issued the said Circular detailing the commune conference spending regime.- (Summary)
