This Decision prescribes criteria and norms for use of State agencies' working offices in communes, wards and townships in order to arrange working places for officials and public employees working for Party's organizations, administrations, Fronts, mass organizations and professional organizations in communes in the payrolls prescribed by the Government.

The norms for use of working offices of the commune-level State agencies prescribed in this Decision shall not exceed 450 m2 for each in urban areas, 500 m2 in delta and midland areas, and 400 m2 in mountainous and island areas.

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette, annulling all previous regulations contrary hereto.- (Summary)
