Promulgated together with this Decision are the estimation norms of top-down drilling and concrete pile-quality testing, which are added to the capital construction estimation norms, promulgated together with the Construction Minister's Decision No. 1242/1998/QD-BXD of November 25, 1998 and the construction survey estimation norms, promulgated together with Decision No. 06/2000/QD-BXD of May 22, 2000.

The above-said norms shall serve as basis for making unit prices and estimates of construction works of construction investment projects. They uniformly apply nationwide and take effect 15 days after their publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
