On the results of supervision of the promulgation of legal documents by the Government, the Prime Minister, ministries, ministerial-level agencies, the Supreme People’s Court, and the Supreme People’s Procuracy

This Resolution touches upon a number of major causes of limitations and shortcomings in the promulgation of legal documents, and, at the same time works out several solutions to raising the quality of legal documents.- (Summary)
