Amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government's Decree No. 51/CP of May 10, 1997, on household registration and management
This Decree takes effect 15 days after its publication in "CONG BAO," replacing Articles 11 and 12 and Clause 3, Article 15 of above-said Decree No. 51/CP.- (Summary)
