Units of the people�s police force equipped with cars are those prescribed in the Government�s Decree on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Public Security and other decrees concerning the police organization.

Cars are equipped for the people�s police force in service of their combat and work; purchased with the State budget capital or those having State budget�s origin (including aids and donations from domestic and foreign organizations and individuals, or State ownership over which is formulated according to law provisions, finished and transferred programs and projects) and procured with capital of State enterprises.

The people�s police cars are managed and used according to the State property management regime and the criteria and norms prescribed in this Decision.- (Summary)
