This Decision provides for the entitlements enjoyed by persons who are exposed to HIV or infected with HIV/AIDS due to various occupational accidents and risks, including free-of-charge diagnosis, treatment with anti-HIV/AIDS medicines, paid leaves while being medically treated, etc. Social insurance participants who are HIV/AIDS infected and quit their jobs shall also be given various allowances by the social insurance fund.
