On the Government’s January 2008 regular meeting

On January 30, the Government held its January regular meeting where its heard a draft Law on Biodiversity; a draft Law Amending a Number of Articles of the Civil Code (provisions on capital raising and lending interest rates of credit institutions); a draft Ordinance Amending a Number of Articles of the Ordinance on Entry, Exit and Residence of Foreigners in Vietnam; reports on socio-economic situation, administrative reform, anti-corruption, inspection, and settlement of complaints and denunciations in January; and a report on the implementation of the Government’s Resolution No. 32/2007/NQ-CP, on a number of urgent measures to curb traffic accidents and congestions.- (Summary)
