DECISION No. 82/2004/QD-BNV of November 17, 2004 promulgating the criteria of directors of provincial/municipal Services and equivalent posts in the provincial/municipal People's Committees

Under this Decision, directors of provincial/municipal Services and equivalent posts in the provincial/municipal People's Committees must have certain qualities, abilities, knowledge, professional qualifications and meet other conditions set in the Decision.

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
