This Circular guides the valuation, preservation, classification, transfer, handling and auction of material evidences and means used in administrative violations, which are confiscated for requisition to the State's funds, and the management of revenues and expenditures arising from such management and handling.

It takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette. To annul the regulations on management and handling of assets used in administrative violations, which are confiscated for requisition to the State's funds in the Finance Minister's Decisions No. 1766/1998/QD-BTC of December 7, 1998 and No. 29/2000/QD-BTC of February 29, 2000.- (Summary)
