This Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and replaces Circular No. 09/2005/TT-BTP of December 6, 2005, guiding the competence, order and procedures for registration of, and supply of information on, financial leasing contracts, and state management of registration of financial leasing contracts.- (Summary)
