The Regulation prescribes the form, contents and inscription of a land-use right certificate, and management of land-use right certificate granting.

It applies to agencies in charge of State management over land, natural resources and environment bodies, land-use right registration offices, commune, ward and township cadastral officials; land users as well as other organizations and individuals involved in land management and use.

The form of a land-use right certificate shall be used nationwide for land of all types.

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette. Land-use right certificates which are granted after the effective date of this Decision not according to this form shall be invalid.- (Summary)
